Children's Specialized ABA in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD under BCBA supervision. On-site in a clinic setting, you will help develop communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Paid training and support to obtain the RBT credential are provided, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, moving with children)

Join Us as a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 5:00-7:00 PM

As an RBT, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Work Location

This position will provide services in a clinical setting at our Princeton, NJ clinic. The role involves working on-site as part of a collaborative team, with access to supervision, peer support, and clinic-based resources in a structured environment.

Shift Hours

We are seeking candidates who are available during the 5:00-7:00 PM time block, 5 days per week. This role is expected to offer roughly 10 hours per week.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $23.00-$38.00 per hour.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
