Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark, NJ, is seeking a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 5:00-7:00 PM slot. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home or clinic settings, under supervision by a BCBA.

Qualifications

Join Us as a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), 5:00-7:00 PM

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed

What You'll Need:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — if you’re positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)

Work Location:

This position will provide services in a clinical setting at our Clark EI Center. The role involves working on-site as part of a collaborative team, with access to supervision, peer support, and clinic-based resources in a structured environment.

Shift Hours:

We are seeking candidates who are available during the 5:00-7:00 time block, 5 days per week. This role is expected to offer roughly 10-20 hours per week.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $25.00–$40.00per hour.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
