Job summary

Magical Moments AB is seeking a Part-Time Afternoon/Evening Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with ABA therapy. The role offers an hourly wage of $21-30 and a flexible schedule, with opportunities for ongoing clinical training and professional development.

You will work under BCBA supervision, provide direct client care, collect data, and collaborate with families and therapists to implement effective treatment plans while upholding privacy and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• ABA experience 6+ months preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:
