Job summary

Golden Care Therapy GA is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for individuals with autism in Milton, GA. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families and supervisors to support progress.

The role is part time with potential for full time. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus a $250 onboarding bonus, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Special Education preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• RBT Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
