Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is a GA-based ABA service provider delivering home-based therapy to children with autism. We’re hiring ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our supportive team under supervision. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and potential for full-time work, with a $250 onboarding bonus.

You will provide in-home 1:1 ABA services, collect data, and communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and administration to support progress on treatment plans.

Qualifications

• 1 year of special education experience preferred.
• 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification is required.
• Ability to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors.
• Collect and submit data accurately using the electronic data system.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
