Job summary

Golden Care Therapy in Georgia is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA services to clients with ASD. The role supports behavior-analytic strategies and follows patient treatment plans.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and potential to transition to full-time, with an onboarding bonus of $250 and opportunities for growth within the team. RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required for this role.
• Experience with ASD preferred.
• 1 year in special education or ABA settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
