Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under supervision. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies and collect data according to treatment plans.

RBT certification is required, with 1 year of Special Education and ABA experience preferred. Onboarding bonus of $250 is offered, and opportunities for growth within the team are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year of Special Education experience preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and adapt to patients’ treatment plans.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
