Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks a dedicated ABA Therapist to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with autism across the East Coast, under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to track progress and adjust approaches as needed.

The role offers a supportive environment with ongoing training and opportunities for growth, including leadership paths for RBTs.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education preferred
• 1 year experience in applied behavior analysis preferred
• Experience delivering in-home 1:1 ABA services

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
