Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our team delivering in-home 1:1 ABA services to children diagnosed with ASD across the East Coast. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning, safety and social opportunities, following each patient’s treatment plan.

The role requires an RBT certification with at least 1 year of ABA or special education experience, and offers a flexible schedule with growth opportunities such as advancing to Lead RBT or Full Time

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year of special education or ABA experience preferred.
• In-home, 1:1 ABA services are provided to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
