Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Missouri. You will join a clinical team, implement individualized skill-building plans, and help clients achieve positive behavior outcomes.

Training and support to earn RBT certification are provided; part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within an expanding ABA program.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
  • Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
