Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans as part of our clinical team and help families create engaging, supportive learning environments.

No prior RBT needed at start; paid training is provided to earn your RBT certification before delivering services. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and advancement through our BCBA schooling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
