Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building programs, collect session data, and support families with engaging learning experiences.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and a passion for helping children with Autism. RBT certification is required, with training provided to earn it, and candidates should be ready to commit at least six months to the role.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • CANDIDATES must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
  • Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
