Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking motivated RBTs to join a team that values growth and client outcomes. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in client homes or community settings, implement care plans, and record data to track progress.

We offer paid training, a part-time schedule, and strong clinical support to help you build skills and advance in the field of autism services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before starting.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Commitment to a 6-month engagement.
• Position starts part-time.
• Services take place in clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services using evidence based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team directly implementing skill building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What Youll Do
