Job summary

Heartlinks ABA! is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings.

You will implement ABA therapies under supervision, collect data, and help kids build communication, social, and independence skills. The role offers flexible, part-time hours with afternoons and weekends; requires High school diploma, active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes for active sessions is required.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism

• Collect data on treatment goals during each session

• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans

• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates

Requirements

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
