Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data on goals and progress while receiving mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and ongoing training, with flexible afternoons and weekends. A high school diploma plus RBT certification is required, and reliable transportation is essential.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
