Job summary

HireCare Services seeks compassionate RBTs to provide ABA-based behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, help children build communication, social, and daily living skills, and collect session data.

The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, room to grow professionally, and ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs. High school diploma is required and certification is preferred or supported for acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Afternoon Hours Available

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized ABA treatment plans, support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills, and collect accurate data during each session.


Job Responsibilities


  • Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

  • Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Collect accurate data during each session

  • Share updates and progress with your BCBA team

  • Complete clear and timely session notes

  • Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families

  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards


Job Requirements


  • Active RBT certification preferred — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)

Work Schedule


  • Part-time and full-time positions available

  • Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; optional weekend availability as needed)

  • 15–25+ hours per week, based on your availability and client needs


Compensation


  • $21–$25 per hour
