Job summary

Kiwi Kids ABA in Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing evidence-based ABA techniques under BCBA supervision.

You will collect and record data on client progress, contribute to individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families and caregivers, and participate in team meetings and ongoing training to continuously develop your skills and support meaningful behavior change.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Passion for working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
