Job summary

Rehab for All LLC in Pueblo, CO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinic-based team. Part-time and full-time positions are available to support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to remain active and engaged throughout sessions.
• Reliable transportation if needed for training or meetings.

• Prompt and teach replacement behaviours (communication, social, and daily living skills).
• Fade prompts to encourage independent skill development.
• Collect accurate behavior data (frequency, duration, ABC data, etc.).
• Follow treatment plans with consistency and clinical integrity.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical team members.
• Support caregiver and family education when applicable.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ABA ethical standards.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings.

ABA Rehab for All, Behavior & Therapy Services is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinic-based team in Pueblo, CO. We offer both part-time and full-time positions.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured clinic environment. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing maladaptive behaviors.
