Strides ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities in Livingston, NJ. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and helping families reinforce positive progress.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a clean background check.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in providing in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team!

About the Role:

As an RBT, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client's quality of life. Our ideal RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for community and in-home services)
• Clean background check required for working with children and families
