Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to work in homes in Woodbridge and surrounding areas.

Join a supportive team that offers a $100 sign-on bonus, a $250 onboarding bonus, competitive pay between $25–$32 per hour, flexible scheduling, health/dental/vision insurance after 30 days, a 401(k) after 3 months, and supervision by experienced BCBAs. We provide biweekly pay, PTO, and opportunities to grow toward BCBA supervision and continuing education credits.

Qualifications

• RBT credential with active BACB status.
• Reliable transportation to homes in New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Passion for doing ABA with empathy in every interaction.
