Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes across Woodbridge and surrounding areas in New Jersey. Earn $25–$32 per hour with biweekly pay, plus a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus.

We offer flexible scheduling, health/dental/vision insurance for full-time staff after 30 days, a 401(k) plan after 3 months, and supportive supervision from knowledgeable BCBAs. PTO and unpaid time off are available to help you maintain balance.

Formación

• RBT Credential with an active BACB status.
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Passion for delivering ABA with intention and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Support learners, caregivers, and supervision team with professional and ethical practice.
