Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA, LLC in the Elizabeth area is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to learners. You will work directly with families to implement ABA programs under supervision.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, competitive $25–$32 per hour pay, and flexible scheduling. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, plus 401(k) after 3 months.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB.
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners.
• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team.
