Advanceable ABA VA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, part-time roles in Woodbridge, Springfield and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized ABA therapy and tracking progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, PTO, support for RBT certification and paths for clinical growth. Afternoon and after-school sessions are available; 15–25+ hours weekly depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills

• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques

• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes

• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training

• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow

• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)

• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the [LOCATION] area

• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available

• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)

• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
