Job summary

Upwards ABA in Windsor, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and help children reach their potential. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community under a BCBA-designed plan, with data collection and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is a plus (not required).
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions.
