Job summary

Upwards ABA in Colorado is seeking a reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team serving the West Denver/Lakewood/ Westminster area. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, or community settings, following treatment plans created by our supervising BCBA team.

Responsibilities include data collection, supporting communication, social, play and daily living skills, following behavior plans and safety protocols, and maintaining professional communication

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel across West Denver/Lakewood/Westminster.
• Experience with children and ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in home, school, or community setting
• Implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data during sessions
• Support communication, social, play, behavior, and daily living skills
• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• Communicate professionally with families, BCBAs, and the clinical team
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel consistently to the West Denver/Lakewood/Westminster area
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism

Pay & Benefits:
