Job summary

Upwards ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Arvada, CO to join a dedicated team providing high-quality ABA therapy to children.

As an RBT, you will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, work with families and the clinical team, and maintain a safe, supportive session environment. Eligible candidates must hold an active RBT credential and possess a HS diploma. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules and paid training with certification support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions.
