Blue Jay ABA in Whiteville, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. This part-time role provides hands-on ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with a dedicated team.

You will work one-on-one with clients in-home or in a clinical setting, help implement plans, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training while enjoying a flexible schedule and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
