Blue Jay ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who speaks Spanish to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD in Lillington, NC. You will work under BCBA supervision providing one-on-one sessions and contributing to progress data collection.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, professional development, and collaboration with families to enhance outcomes in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
