Blue Jay ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fuquay-Varina for a part-time role. The position involves delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD, under BCBA supervision, and collaborating with families to monitor progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
