Blue Jay ABA in Red Springs, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. This part-time role provides one-on-one sessions under BCBA supervision, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• In-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Supervision by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• One-on-one behavior therapy sessions for individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
