Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Aim Higher ABA provides in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer expert assessment and child-centered compassionate care, all scheduled at the family's convenience.

The RBT position involves providing ABA therapy for families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

RBT Duties:

1. Provide direct 1-on-1 therapy in the home or in community schools.
2. Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis.
3. Data collection and session note submission.
4. Maintain respect for clients and protect their wellbeing during treatment sessions.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Treatment programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
