We are currently looking for a Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Freehold team, serving children in the Freehold, Toms River, and Englishtown areas. Paid training is provided for all new hires! Apply today to be a part of our mission.

As a Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

  • Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school setting, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create meaningful change.
  • Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
  • Collaborate with family, caregivers, and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
  • Follow treatment plan and educate others about ABA interventions.
  • Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
  • Work per-diem, appointment-based schedules.


Position Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Must be able to travel to various service locations with reliable transportation.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification - We provide paid training!

Working Conditions

  • Local travel (20% estimated) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
