Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs? We are seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 and small-group behavior support in a school setting near St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

Position Details
  • Position Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
  • Caseload: Students with ASD, ADHD, and behavioral challenges
  • Pay Range: $20 - $26/hr (Based on experience and qualifications)
  • Location: St. Johnsbury, VT area
What You'll Do
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support student success.
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to manage behaviors and improve classroom engagement.
  • Assist in implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under supervision.
  • Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques to support students.
  • Track student progress and document behavior data.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and school teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification (Required).
  • Experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, aggression, or maladaptive behaviors.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and maintain patience in challenging situations.
