Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 13-year-old client in West Valley City, Utah. The position requires 18-20 hours per week, implementing ABA therapy to help children with autism.

The ideal candidate should have a current RBT certification and experience working with developmental disabilities. Flexible hours are included, with weekends also available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Must have current RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document session data within 24 hours.
• Maintain consistent fidelity to behavior intervention plans.

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 13-year-old client for approximately 18-20 hours per week. If you’re passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we’d love to have you on our team.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (3:30 - 5:30pm) + Saturday, Sunday (5-6 hours, flexible)

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBAsupervision across home, school, and center-basedsettings
• Collect accurate session data and enterdocumentation into Rethink within 24 hours of eachsession
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behaviorintervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-inprocess
• Maintain professional communication with familiesand report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience workingwith children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
