Job summary

Golden Touch ABA in West Jordan, Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, working directly with children and teens diagnosed with autism.

You will collect data, use positive reinforcement, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure consistent care across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities:
