Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Lehi, UT team. The RBT will implement individualized ABA plans for children and adolescents under BCBA supervision, in home, school, and community settings.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and demonstrates strong communication, empathy, and teamwork. We offer flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
