Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent care in home, school, and community settings.

The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a HS diploma (BA in psychology or related field preferred), and has experience with children or individuals with special needs.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; prior ABA exposure is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities:
