Golden Touch ABA invites a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our West Jordan, UT team. You will work with children and adolescents with autism under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA plans.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and BCBAs. The role emphasizes high-quality care across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years or older; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.
