Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in West Jordan, UT. You will implement behavior plans, record progress data, and work closely with BCBAs, families, and school teams in home, school, and community settings.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and strong communication. You will join a dedicated team focused on compassionate care and client progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
