Job summary

Golden Touch ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision. You will work with children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings to build new skills and promote positive behavior change.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), strong communication, confidentiality, and reliable transportation to support varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology/education or related field.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.
