Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents with autism across home, school, and community settings.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavioral plans, use positive reinforcement, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to support skill development and meaningful improvements in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.
