Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Warner Robins, GA. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Warner Robins, GA, 31093.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
