A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our Ludowici, GA team. You will provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Ludowici, GA. 31316.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
