Job summary

Tellos is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help clients develop essential skills and improve quality of life through 1:1 therapy in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include data collection, assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to BACB guidelines. A favorable certification and previous autism experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.

You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
