Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. This part-time role offers meaningful work delivering high‑quality therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

  • Must hold current RBT certification and maintain through ongoing education.
  • Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with families and teams.
  • Ability to lift and move around the home to facilitate sessions.

Job Summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As an RBT at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality, in‑home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities
  • Conduct in‑home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, including assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring.
  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective treatment delivery and client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and ABA methodologies.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a current RBT certification and maintain certification through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Must have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
