Qualifications

• Completed a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and registered with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and educational programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high-quality care.
