Job summary

Breakthrough ABA, founded in 2022, is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We provide high-quality in-home ABA services across the Greater Houston area and center-based services in Cypress, TX.

This full-time and part-time role offers flexible schedules, paid training, supervision, and opportunities for growth. You will work 1:1 with children, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and support families through coaching and caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Must have an RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children; background check required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have an RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
