Breakthrough ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA services in the Greater Houston and Beaumont areas, and center-based services in Cypress, TX.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with mentorship, growth, and competitive pay, along with flexible schedules, training assistance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children; especially with special needs a plus.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children.
• Must pass a background check; valid driver's license and transportation required.
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in‑home, in‑school, or in‑clinic

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability

• Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions available

• Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
