A Brighter Alternative ABA seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Dublin, GA under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Dublin, GA 31021.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
