Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home therapy team in Dublin, GA 31021. You will work under a BCBA, implementing individualized plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

This full-time, in-person role offers competitive pay ($25.00–$32.00 per hour), flexible scheduling, continued education credits, and opportunities for growth within the company while delivering

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Dublin, GA 31021.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay:
